CHAP. 480.— An Act To provide for the addition of certain lands to the Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah, and for other purposes. June 13, 1930.[[S. 4170](/us/bill/71/s/4170).][[Public, No. 352](/us/pl/71/352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah.President authorized to add certain lands to, by proclamation. That for the purpose of preserving in their natural state the outstanding scenic features to the south and west of Bryce Canyon National Park, the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized, upon the joint recommendation of the Secretaries of Interior and of Agriculture, to add to the Bryce Canyon National Park, in the Description.State of Utah, by Executive proclamation, any or all of unsurveyed townships 37 and 38 south, range 4 west, Salt Lake meridian, not now included in said park, and all the lands added to said park pursuant hereto shall be, and are hereby, made subject to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to and in force in the Bryce Canyon National Park. 583 Sec. 2.
That the provisions of the Act of June 10, 1920, known Water Power Act not applicable.Vol. 41, p. 1063.as the Federal Water Power Act, shall not apply to lands now included in the Bryce Canyon National Park nor to any lands added to said park under the authority of this Act. Approved, June 13, 1930.
