Res., No. 115](/us/bill/71/pubres/115).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, William Howard Taft.Memorial authorized, at Manila, P. I. That the Secretary of War is authorized and directed to select a site at Manila, Philippine Islands, and to provide for the erection thereon of a suitable Approval of plans.memorial to William Howard Taft.
The design and plans of such memorial shall be approved by the National Commission on Fine Arts. Approved, January 26, 1931.
