CHAP. 478.— An Act To authorize the use of a right of way by the United States Indian Service through the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument in connection with the San Carlos irrigation project. June 13, 1930.[[S. 4085](/us/bill/71/s/4085).][[Public, No. 350](/us/pl/71/350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Casa Grande Ruins Monument, Ariz.Right of way across, may be used by San Carlos irrigation project.
That for the purpose of carrying out the San Carlos project the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to use a right of way for an irrigation canal across the northeast quarter northeast quarter section 16, township 5 south, range 8 east, Gila and Salt River meridian, within the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, Arizona, to the extent of the ground occupied by such canal and not to exceed fifty feet on each side of the marginal limits thereof. Approved, June 13, 1930.
