CHAP. 475.— An Act For the relief of Milton Lockhart. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 5931](/us/bill/71/hr/5931)][[Private, No. 434](/us/pvtl/71/434)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in theMilton Lockhart.Military record corrected. administration of the pension laws and all other laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the military service of the United States Milton Lockhart, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from such military service on the 6th day of May, 1899: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no back pay, bounty, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
