CHAP. 474.— An Act For the relief of Harold M. Reed. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 5813](/us/bill/71/hr/5813)][[Private, No. 433](/us/pvtl/71/433)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationHarold M. Reed.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Harold M. Reed, who was a member of Company L, Twenty-sixth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of that organization on the 18th day of May, 1919: *Provided*Proviso*.No back pay, etc.*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
