CHAP. 473.— An Act For the relief of Gertrude Lustig. June 12, 1930[[H. R. 1840](/us/bill/71/hr/1840)][[Private, No. 85](/us/prv/71/85)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryGertrude Lustig.Compensation to, for losses of pay and allowances, Army Nurse Corps. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Gertrude Lustig the sum of $1,286.53, being the amount she would have received as pay and allowances as chief nurse, Army Nurse Corps, from September 28, 1918, the date of her unjustifiable dismissal from that position, to May 22, 1919, the date of her restoration to the service.
