CHAP. 472.— An Act For the relief of John T. O’Neil. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 3564](/us/bill/71/hr/3564)][[Private, No. 431](/us/pvtl/71/431)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John T. O’Neil.Military record corrected. That in the administration of all laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John T. O’Neil, late of Battery G, Fifth Regiment United States Artillery, Spanish-American War, shall be held to have been honorably discharged from the military *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.service of the United States on December 1, 1899:
Provided, That no back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1931.
