CHAP. 470.— An Act For the relief of Arthur Moffatt, deceased. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 3004](/us/bill/71/hr/3004)][[Private, No. 429](/us/pvtl/71/429)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Arthur Moffatt.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Arthur Moffatt, who was a member of Company G, Sixth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.of that organization on the 7th day of September, 1862: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
