CHAP. 47.— An Act To revive and reenact the Act entitled “An Act granting the consent of Congress to the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee to construct a bridge across the Tennessee River on the Waverly-Camden Road between Humphreys and Benton Counties, Tennessee.” February 17, 1930.[[H. R. 7372](/us/bill/71/hr/7372).][[Public, No. 48](/us/pl/71/48).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tennessee River.Tennessee may bridge, in Humphreys and Benton Counties.Vol. 44, p. 412.
That the Act of Congress approved May 7, 1926, granting the consent of Congress to the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee and its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on the Waverly-Camden Road in Humphreys and Benton Counties, in the State of Tennessee, be, and *Proviso*.Time of construction. the same is hereby, revived and reenacted: *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2.Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressely reserved. Approved, February 17, 1930.
