CHAP. 465.— An Act For the relief of George Joseph Boydell. June 11, 1930[[H. R. 2626](/us/bill/71/hr/2626)][[Private, No. 80](/us/prv/71/80)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationGeorge Joseph Boydell.Naval record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors George Joseph Boydell, who served as an enlisted man in the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the naval service of the United States as an enlisted man in the United States Navy:
Provided, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the date of passage of this Act. Approved, June 11, 1930.
