CHAP. 455.— An Act For the relief of Arthur J. Robinson. March 3, 1931.[[S. 2615.](/us/bill/71/s/2615)][[Private, No. 414.](/us/pvtl/71/414)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Arthur J. Robinson.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws or any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the United States Army Arthur J. Robinson shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged as an unassigned recruit, United *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.
States Army, on January 18, 1903: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1931.
