CHAP. 452.— An Act For the relief of T. J. Hillman. June 10, 1930[[H. R. 5524](/us/bill/71/hr/5524)][[Private, No. 77](/us/prv/71/77)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationT. J. Hillman.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers T. J. Hillman, who was a member of Company C, Third Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 23d day of December, 1898: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
