CHAP. 448.— An Act For the relief of Eugene A. Dubrule. June 10, 1930[[H. R. 1155](/us/bill/71/hr/1155)][[Private, No. 73](/us/prv/71/73)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationEugene A. Dubrule.Coast Guard Service of, corrected. of the pension laws or of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and sailors Eugene A. Dubrule shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the Coast Guard Service of the United States as a seaman on the revenue cutter Calumet: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc.
That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the date of passage of this Act. Approved, June 10, 1930.
