CHAP. 446.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Arkansas State Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Saint Francis River at or near Madison, Arkansas, on State Highway Numbered 70. March 3, 1931.[[H. R. 16419](/us/bill/71/hr/16419).][[Public, No. 833](/us/pl/71/833).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Saint Francis River.Arkansas may bridge, at Madison.of Congress is hereby granted to the Arkansas State Highway Commission and their successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River, at a point suitable to the interests of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.navigation, at or near Madison, Arkansas, on State Highway Numbered 70, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1931.
