CHAP. 446.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Allegheny River at or near Kittanning, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. June 10, 1930.[[H. R. 12131](/us/bill/71/hr/12131).][[Public, No. 335](/us/pl/71/335).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentAllegheny River.Pennsylvania may bridge, at Kittanning, Pa. of Congress is hereby granted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Kittanning, ArmstrongConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
