CHAP. 442.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Illinois to construct a bridge across the Rock River south of Moline, Illinois. June 10, 1930.[[H. R. 11228](/us/bill/71/hr/11228).][[Public, No. 331](/us/pl/71/331).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rock River.Illinois may bridge, near Moline, Ill. That the consent of Congress be, and is hereby, granted to the State of Illinois to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, south of Moline, Illinois, in section 16, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.township 17 north, range 1 west, fourth principal meridian, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 10, 1930.
