CHAP. 438.— An Act To authorize a survey of certain lands claimed by the Zuni Pueblo Indians, New Mexico, and the issuance of patent therefor. March 3, 1931.[[H. R. 8476](/us/bill/71/hr/8476).][[Public, No. 825](/us/pl/71/825).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Zuni Pueblo Indians, N. Mex.Title to certain lands to be ascertained. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a survey to be made of the land held by the Zuni Pueblo Indians in New Mexico as their grant under section 8 of the Act of July 22, 1854 Vol. 10, p. 300.(Tenth Statutes, pages 308, 309), and the boundaries thereof identified: *Provided*, That upon completion of the required survey, and *Proviso*.Patent to issue on completion of survey, etc.acceptance thereof, he shall cause to be issued to the Zuni Indians a patent covering the lands surveyed, of the same form heretofore issued for other Pueblo Indian grants in New Mexico.
