CHAP. 434.— An Act For the relief of William Geravis Hill. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 3610](/us/bill/71/hr/3610)][[Private, No. 70](/us/prv/71/70)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William Geravis Hill Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Geravis Hill, formerly of the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged under honorable conditions from the naval service of the United States as a member of the United States Navy 1881on the 26th day of March, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
