CHAP. 433.— An Act To authorize Lieutenant Commander James C. Monfort, of the United States Navy, to accept a decoration conferred upon him by the Government of Italy. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 3175](/us/bill/71/hr/3175)][[Private, No. 69](/us/prv/71/69)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Lieutenant Commander James C. Monfort, Navy.May accept decoration from Italy. That Lieutenant Commander James C. Monfort be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept from the Government of Italy, the decoration of the Order of the Knight of the Crown of Italy, which decoration has been tendered to him, through the Department of State, by the Italian Government, in appreciation of service rendered the said Government of Italy.
