CHAP. 432.— An Act For the relief of Henry P. Biehl. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 1160](/us/bill/71/hr/1160)][[Private, No. 68](/us/prv/71/68)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Richard Kirchhoff.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and sailors Henry P. Biehl, late of the United States ship Frederick, United States Navy, World War, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.from the naval service of the United States:
Provided, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, June 9, 1930.
