CHAP. 430.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 12302](/us/bill/71/hr/12302)][[Private, No. 66](/us/prv/71/66)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1859on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Rebecca L.
Guildersleeve, widow of David Guildersleeve,Pension.Rebecca L. Guildersleeve. late landsman, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month. The name of Susannah Patterson, widow of William T. Patterson,Pension increased.Susannah Patterson. late of Company F, Fifty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
