CHAP. 429.— An Act Authorizing the payment of grazing fees to E. P. McManigal. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 10117](/us/bill/71/hr/10117)][[Private, No. 65](/us/prv/71/65)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* E. P. McManigal.Payment to, for grazing fees. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to E. P.
McManigal, of Saint Charles, South Dakota, the sum of $390 as settlement in full of all amounts due him for the pasturing of beef cattle sent out by the Rosebud (South Dakota) Indian Agency for issue to the Indians of the Ponca district during the years 1909 to 1914, inclusive.
