CHAP. 427.— An Act For the relief of John T. Painter. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 1559](/us/bill/71/hr/1559)][[Private, No. 63](/us/prv/71/63)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary John T. Painter.Credit allowed, for stolen postal funds.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit John T. Painter, postmaster at Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in his accounts with the sum of $23,366.84, the amount of money and postage stamps lost in the burglary of the post office at Greensburg, Pennsylvania, on April 22, 1928.
