CHAP. 426.— An Act For the relief of James P. Hamill. June 9, 1930[[H. R. 940](/us/bill/71/hr/940)][[Private, No. 62](/us/prv/71/62)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryJames P. Hamill.Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement against the Government, to the legal guardian of James P.
Hamill, the sum of $2,000, in compensation for injuries caused through negligence on the part of employees of the United States Army in Chicago, Illinois. Approved, June 9, 1930.
