CHAP. 425.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State High-way Commission of Missouri to construct, maintain, and operate a, highway bridge across the Missouri River at or near Weldon Springs, Missouri. March 3, 1931.[[S. 6185](/us/bill/71/s/6185).][[Public, No. 812](/us/pl/71/812).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.Missouri may bridge, at Weldon Springs, Mo. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Missouri to construct, maintain, and operate a highway bridge across the Missouri River at or near Weldon Springs, Missouri, at 1499a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The authority hereby granted shall cease and be null and Time for construction, etc.void unless the actual construction of the bridge be commenced within two years and completed within five years from the date of approval hereof. Sec. 3. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1931.
