CHAP. 42.— An Act To fix the salary of the minister to Liberia. January 21, 1931.[[H. R. 9991](/us/bill/71/hr/9991).][[Public, No. 569](/us/pl/71/569).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Liberia.Minister to, authorized.[R. S., sec. 1683, p. 295](/us/rs/s1683/p295), amended.[U. S. C., p. 645](/us/usc/p645), amended.Provision for minister resident, etc., repealed. That the salary of the envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary of the United States to Liberia, when appointed, shall be $10,000 per annum, and section 1683 of the Revised Statutes and such portions of title 22, section 32, of the United States Code, as fixes the compensation of a minister resident and consul general to Liberia are hereby repealed.
