CHAP. 415.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the police jury of Richland Parish, Louisiana, or the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across Boeuf River at or near Buckner, Richland Parish, Louisiana. March 3, 1931.[[S. 6132](/us/bill/71/s/6132).][[Public, No. 802](/us/pl/71/802).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Boeuf River.Louisiana may bridge, at Buckner.of Congress is hereby granted to the police jury of Richland Parish, Louisiana, or the State Highway Commission of Louisiana, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Boeuf River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Buckner, within the Parish of Richland, in the State of Louisiana, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1931.
