March 3, 1931.[[S. 6099](/us/bill/71/s/6099).][[Public, No. 801](/us/pl/71/801).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Crow Indians.Classification changes of, authorized.of the Interior is hereby authorized, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, to change the classification of any Crow Indian under the Act of June 4, 1920 (41 Stat.
L. 751), from incompetent to Vol. 41, p. 751.competent on the recommendation of a committee appointed for the purpose in accordance with section 12 of said Act. Approved, March 3, 1931.
