CHAP. 41.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to compacts or agreements between the States of Wyoming and Idaho with respect to the boundary line between said States. January 19, 1931.[[S. 2865](/us/bill/71/s/2865).][[Public, No. 568](/us/pl/71/568).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentWyoming and Idaho boundary.Consent granted to agreement concerning. of Congress is hereby given to the States of Wyoming and Idaho to negotiate and enter into compacts or agreements with respect to the boundary line between said States.
Sec. 2. Such consent is given upon condition that a representativeCondition. of the United States from the Department of the Interior, to be appointed by the President, shall participate in the negotiations and shall make report to Congress of the proceedings and of anyReport to Congress. compact or agreement entered into. Other than the compensation and expenses for such representative the United States shall notNo Federal expense. be liable for any expenses in connection with such negotiations, compact, or agreement.
Sec. 3. No such compact or agreement shall be binding or obligatorySubject to approval. upon either of such States unless and until it has been approved by the legislature of each of such States and by the Congress of the United States. Sec. 4. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herewithAmendment, etc. expressly reserved. Approved, January 19, 1931.
