CHAP. 409.— An Act To amend section 6 of the Act of May 28, 1896. June 6, 1930.[[H. R. 970](/us/bill/71/hr/970).][[Public, No. 313](/us/pl/71/313).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* United States Courts.Marshals. That, effective July 1, 1930, so much of section 6 of the Act of May 28, 1896, chapterPayment of fees to clerks, repealed.Vol. 29, p. 179, repealed. 252, as requires United States marshals to pay to the clerks of United States courts having jurisdiction all fees and emoluments authorized by law to be paid to United States marshals be, and the Fees to be deposited in public depositories.same is hereby, repealed; and, effective July 1, 1930, all such fees and emoluments so paid to United States marshals shall be deposited by said marshals in accordance with the provisions of section 3621 [R.
S., sec. 3621, p. 714](/us/rs/s3621/p714).[U. S. C., p. 1006](/us/usc/p1006).of the Revised Statutes as amended by section 5 of the said Act of May 28, 1896. Approved, June 6, 1930.
