That the joint resolution establishing a Joint Commission on Insular Reorganization, being Public Resolution Numbered 108, Seventieth Congress, approved March 4, 1929, is hereby amended by striking out “December 16, 1929,” and inserting in lieu thereof “January 16, 1930.
