CHAP. 395.— An Act To repeal section 144, Title II, of the Act of March 3, 1899, chapter 429 (section 2253 of the Compiled Laws of Alaska). June 3, 1930.[[H. That section 144, Title II, of the Act approved March 3, 1899, chapter 429, 30 Statutes, 1301 (section 2253 of the Compiled Laws of Alaska), be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
