CHAP. 393.— An Act For the relief of David F. Richards, otherwise known as David Richards. March 2, 1931.[[H. R. 3256.](/us/bill/71/hr/3256)][[Private, No. 411.](/us/pvtl/71/411)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David F. Richards, alias David Richards.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers David F.
Richards, otherwise known as David Richards, who was a member of Company K, Twenty-sixth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. on the 30th day of November, 1902: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
