CHAP. 392.— An Act For the relief of Sylvester S. Thompson. March 2, 1931.[[H. R. 3255.](/us/bill/71/hr/3255)][[Private, No. 410.](/us/pvtl/71/410)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sylvester S. Thompson.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, and marines Sylvester S. Thompson, who was a member of Companies E and K, Twenty-sixth Regiment United States Infantry, and Company K, Twenty-seventh Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company K, Twenty-seventh United States Infantry, on the 30th day of November, 1902: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
