CHAP. 391.— An Act For the relief of Don A. Spencer. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 2604](/us/bill/71/hr/2604)][[Private, No. 56](/us/prv/71/56)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryDon A. Spencer.Payment to, for loss of hand. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $2,500 to Don A.
Spencer, a prohibition agent in the employment of the Government, in compensation for the loss of a hand on June 8, 1928, in the performance of his duty as such prohibition agent. Approved, June 2, 1930.
