CHAP. 390.— An Act For the relief of Kurt Falb. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 1837](/us/bill/71/hr/1837)][[Private, No. 55](/us/prv/71/55)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryKurt Falb.Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Kurt Falb, of the city of Chicago, State of Illinois, the sum of $1,500, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as compensation for and in full satisfaction of all claims for damages against the United States for injuries sustained on March 9, 1926, by being struck by a United States mail truck while attempting to cross the street in said city of Chicago.
