CHAP. 39.— An Act To extend the time for construction of a free highway bridge across the Black River at or near Jonesville, Louisiana. January 15, 1931.[[S. 4812](/us/bill/71/s/4812).][[Public, No. 567](/us/pl/71/567).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forBlack River.Time extended for bridging, at Jonesville, La. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved March 10, 1926, as amended by Act approved February 6, 1928, to be built by the State Highway CommissionVol. 45, p. 57, amended. of Louisiana, across the Black River, at or near Jonesville, Catahoula and Concordia Parishes, Louisiana, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from February 6, 1931.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1931.
