CHAP. 389.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Barrett. March 2, 1931.[[H. R. 1429.](/us/bill/71/hr/1429)][[Private, No. 407.](/us/pvtl/71/407)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Barrett.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Thomas Barrett, a private, Company I, Tenth Infantry, Spanish-American War, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of said company and regiment on the 22d day *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. of January, 1900: *Provided*, That no pension, pay, allowances, or bounty shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
