CHAP. 388.— An Act For the relief of Wesley B. Johnson. March 2, 1931.[[H. R. 752.](/us/bill/71/hr/752)][[Private, No. 406.](/us/pvtl/71/406)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wesley B. Johnson.Naval record corrected. That Wesley B. Johnson, who was granted a full and unconditional pardon by the President of the United States on February 18, 1921, following his dismissal April 8, 1919, from the United States Naval Reserve pursuant to sentence of general court-martial, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the United States Naval Reserve and shall be entitled to all the rights, benefits, 2132 and privileges allowed by existing law to persons honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States following active *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. service in the World War: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the date of passage of this Act.
