CHAP. 387.— An Act For the relief of John S. Conkright. March 2, 1931.[[H. R. 687.](/us/bill/71/hr/687)][[Private, No. 405.](/us/pvtl/71/405)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John S. Conkright.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John S. Conkright, late of Company H, One hundred and tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on the 22d day of October, 1864: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
