CHAP. 387.— An Act For the relief of Rolla Duncan. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 567](/us/bill/71/hr/567)][[Private, No. 52](/us/prv/71/52)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Rolla Duncan.Credit allowed in accounts of. That the Comptroller General is authorized and directed to credit the account of Rolla Duncan, former United States marshal for the district of Montana, in the sum of $195.50, which amount was paid by said Rolla Duncan as United States marshal to the county of Yellowstone, Montana, for the care and maintenance of Federal prisoners. Approved, June 2, 1930.
