CHAP. 383.— An Act For the relief of the Lakeside Country Club. March 2, 1931.[[S. 1748.](/us/bill/71/s/1748)][[Private, No. 401.](/us/pvtl/71/401)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Lakeside Country Club, Ark.Refund of illegally collected taxes. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Lakeside Country Club, of Pulaski County, Arkansas, the sum of $6,000, the balance of taxes illegally collected in 1921, as a full settlement and accord thereof. Approved, March 2, 1931.
