CHAP. 383.— An Act Granting six months’ pay to Mary A. Bourgeois. June 2, 1930[[S. 1309](/us/bill/71/s/1309)][[Private, No. 48](/us/prv/71/48)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryMary A. Bourgeois.Gratuity pay to, for death of son. of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay out of the appropriation “Pay of the Navy, 1930,” to Mary A.Vol. 45, p. 1460. Bourgeois, dependent mother of the late Clarence T.
Bourgeois, United States Navy, who was killed in an explosion aboard the United States ship Mississippi, on June 6, 1924, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate said Clarence T. Bourgeois was entitled to receive at the date of his death: *Provided*, That said*Proviso*.Dependence to be established. Mary A. Bourgeois establish to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Navy that she was actually dependent upon the said Clarence T. Bourgeois at the time of his death. Approved, June 2, 1930.
