CHAP. 381.— An Act For the relief of Thelma Phelps Lester. June 2, 1930[[S. 286](/us/bill/71/s/286)][[Private, No. 46](/us/prv/71/46)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Thelma Phelps Lester.Reimbursement to. That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Thelma Phelps Lester for reimbursement of the cost of a casket for her deceased husband, Thelman Lester, former ensign, United States Navy, and to allow said claim in a sum not to exceed $200.
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum not to exceed $200 for payment of the claim. Approved, June 2, 1930.
