CHAP. 380.— An Act To place Norman A. Rosa on the retired list of the Navy. June 2, 1930[[S. 218](/us/bill/71/s/218)][[Private, No. 45](/us/prv/71/45)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Navy.Norman A. Ross may be appointed lieutenant (junior grade), Medical Corps, retired. That the President is authorized to appoint Norman A. Ross, formerly a lieutenant (junior grade), Medical Corps, United States Navy, a lieutenant (junior grade), Medical Corps, United States Navy, and to retire him and place him on the retired list of the Navy as a lieutenant (junior grade), with the retired pay and allowances of that grade: *Proviso*.Disability incident to service.*Provided*, That a duly constituted naval retiring board finds that the said Norman A.
Ross incurred physical disability incident to the service while on the active list of the Navy. Approved, June 2, 1930.
