CHAP. 38.— An Act To extend the time for construction of a free highway bridge across the Ouachita River, at or near Harrisonburg, Louisiana. January 15, 1931.[[S. 4811](/us/bill/71/s/4811).][[Public, No. 566](/us/pl/71/566).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ouachita River.Time extended for bridging, at Harrisonburg, La.Vol. 45, p. 279, amended. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved March 10, 1926, as amended by Act approved March 10, 1928, to be built by the State Highway Commission of Louisiana, across the Ouachita River, at or near Harrisonburg, Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from March 10, 1931.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1931.
