CHAP. 379.— An Act For the relief of William Taylor Coburn. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 8854](/us/bill/71/hr/8854)][[Private, No. 44](/us/prv/71/44)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William Taylor Coburn.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Taylor Coburn, late a private in Company H, Sixteenth United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of said *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.company and regiment on the 10th day of October, 1867: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
