CHAP. 378.— An Act For the relief of Allen Nichols. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 7333](/us/bill/71/hr/7333)][[Private, No. 43](/us/prv/71/43)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Allen Nichols.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Allen Nichols, who was a member of Company L, Second Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.member of that organization on the 10th day of April, 1899: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
