CHAP. 377.— An Act For the relief of Howard C. Frink. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 591](/us/bill/71/hr/591)][[Private, No. 42](/us/prv/71/42)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationHoward C. Frink.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Howard C. Frink, who was a member of Company H, Thirty-first Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and who was honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment May 17, 1899, and who reenlisted on September 6, 1899, as a recruit for the Forty-third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, and who was honorably discharged on September 29, 1899, shall hereafter be held and considered to be entitled to all rights, privileges, and benefits accorded honorably discharged soldiers by law: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
