CHAP. 376.— An Act For the relief of James Albert Couch, otherwise known as Albert Couch. June 2, 1930[[H. R. 293](/us/bill/71/hr/293)][[Private, No. 41](/us/prv/71/41)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationJames Albert Couch, alias Albert Couch.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers James Albert Couch, otherwise known as Albert Couch, who was a member of Company E, Forty-fourth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 18th day of February, 1901: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
